Close Integration

Connect Kolvera to Close — built for inside sales teams doing cold calling and email outreach.

Setup Steps

  1. Log in to Close
  2. Go to Settings → Developer → API Keys
  3. Click Create API Key
  4. Name it Kolvera and copy the key
  5. Go to Integrations in Kolvera and paste your key

Where to Find Your Credentials

API Key / Token: Close → Settings → Developer → API Keys Required Scopes: Full API access

What Gets Synced

Close → Kolvera

  • Contacts with a company are imported as enriched contacts
  • Companies are matched automatically
  • Syncs every 5 minutes when auto-sync is enabled
  • Duplicates are skipped (matched by email or phone)

Kolvera → Close

  • Contacts are pushed when enriched with an email
  • Call notes (AI summary, transcript) pushed after dialler calls
  • Contacts are upserted (created or updated)
  • Source tagged as "Kolvera" for attribution

Team Setup

Each team member connects their own Close account separately. Go to Integrations and each user enters their own credentials. Call notes are pushed to the user's own Close account, and synced contacts are owned by the user who connected.
