Spott Integration

Connect Kolvera to Spott — AI-native recruitment ATS. Push candidates, clients, and notes via API key.

Setup Steps

  1. Log in to your Spott account
  2. Go to Settings → API Keys
  3. Click Generate API Key
  4. Name it Kolvera and copy the key
  5. Go to Integrations in Kolvera and paste your key

Where to Find Your Credentials

API Key / Token: Spott → Settings → API Keys Required Scopes: Candidates (Read-Write), Clients (Read-Write), Notes (Write)

What Gets Synced

Spott → Kolvera

  • Contacts with a company are imported as enriched contacts
  • Companies are matched automatically
  • Syncs every 5 minutes when auto-sync is enabled
  • Duplicates are skipped (matched by email or phone)

Kolvera → Spott

  • Contacts are pushed when enriched with an email
  • Call notes (AI summary, transcript) pushed after dialler calls
  • Contacts are upserted (created or updated)
  • Source tagged as "Kolvera" for attribution

Team Setup

Each team member connects their own Spott account separately. Go to Integrations and each user enters their own credentials. Call notes are pushed to the user's own Spott account, and synced contacts are owned by the user who connected.
