What’s a Float?

A candidate float is a one-page summary you send to a prospective client to introduce a candidate. Kolvera generates the content from every data source attached to the candidate: call notes, transcripts, LinkedIn profile, CV, and emails.

Generating a Float

Open a person’s People file on the Candidate role tab and click Generate Float. AI builds sections covering summary, experience overview, qualifications, availability, employment history, and additional information. You can edit the generated content before sending.

Sections & Templates

The default template includes six sections. You can toggle sections on or off, reorder them, and customise the AI instructions to match your agency’s style. Templates are saved per workspace so every float is consistent.

Send to Client

When the float is ready, send it directly to one or more client contacts as a branded PDF attachment. Recipients are resolved from the candidate’s linked companies and the people in your workspace. Your email signature is included automatically.

Share via Link

Enable sharing on any float report to generate a public URL. Send the link to clients who prefer viewing in-browser over downloading a PDF. Click tracking shows who opened the link and when. Disable sharing at any time to revoke access.
