Connect Kolvera to 5,000+ apps

Use webhooks to push real-time events from Kolvera to Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or any automation platform. No code required.

What you can automate

Common workflows built by Kolvera users in minutes.

New contact to Google Sheets

Every new contact saved in Kolvera creates a new row in your tracking spreadsheet automatically.

Reply detected to Slack

When a prospect replies to a campaign, your team gets an instant Slack notification with the contact details.

Meeting booked to CRM

A booked meeting in Kolvera triggers a record update or deal creation in your CRM of choice.

Email bounced to list cleanup

Bounce events trigger automatic removal from active campaigns and flag the contact for review.

Enrichment complete to HubSpot

Once enrichment finishes, push the verified email, phone, and LinkedIn URL straight into HubSpot.

Campaign completed to report

When a campaign finishes, trigger a Google Docs report or a Notion summary with final stats.

How to connect

Follow the steps for your automation platform. The process is the same for all three — you only need a webhook URL.

Zapier

  1. Log in to Zapier and create a new Zap.
  2. For the trigger, choose Webhooks by Zapier and select Catch Hook.
  3. Copy the webhook URL generated by Zapier.
  4. In Kolvera, go to Settings → Webhooks, paste the URL, and select the events you want to receive.
  5. Trigger a matching event in Kolvera (e.g. save a contact). Zapier will catch it and let you map the fields.

Make (Integromat)

  1. Log in to Make and create a new Scenario.
  2. Add a Webhooks module and choose Custom Webhook.
  3. Copy the webhook URL generated by Make.
  4. In Kolvera, go to Settings → Webhooks, paste the URL, and select the events you want to receive.
  5. Click Run once in Make, then trigger an event in Kolvera. Make will register the data structure and you can build the rest of your scenario.

n8n

  1. Open n8n and create a new Workflow.
  2. Add a Webhook trigger node and set the HTTP method to POST.
  3. Copy the webhook URL from the node.
  4. In Kolvera, go to Settings → Webhooks, paste the URL, and select the events you want to receive.
  5. Click Execute Workflow in n8n, then trigger an event in Kolvera to confirm data is flowing through.

Available events

Select any combination of these events when registering your webhook endpoint.

contact.created contact.updated contact.enriched campaign.email.sent campaign.email.replied meeting.booked

See the full list of events and their payload schemas on the Webhook Events page.

Pushing data into Kolvera

Need to send data the other way? Use the inbound webhook at POST /integrations/webhook/push with a Bearer token from your API key. Send contacts from any source — Google Forms, Typeform, your website, or a custom integration — and Kolvera will create or update the matching contact record automatically.
