How Google Calendar Integration Works
Kolvera connects to Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0, enabling real-time calendar sync, meeting creation, and availability-aware scheduling. When you book a meeting through Kolvera — whether from a pipeline action or during a dialler call — a real Google Calendar event is created with all attendee details and a confirmation email is sent automatically.
Recruitment BD has a clear goal: book meetings with potential clients. Everything else — company research, contact enrichment, email campaigns, phone calls — is in service of that meeting. Kolvera's Google Calendar integration makes the transition from "interested prospect" to "booked meeting" as frictionless as possible.
Smart Slots During Calls
When you are on a call through Kolvera's built-in dialler and a prospect says "Let's set up a meeting", the Smart Slots sidebar shows your available calendar slots for the next 7 days. No switching to another tab, no opening a separate calendar app. Select a slot, confirm the meeting, and Kolvera creates the Google Calendar event with the prospect's details auto-populated.
This reduces the friction that kills meeting bookings. Every extra step between "yes, let's meet" and "meeting confirmed" is a chance for the prospect to lose interest or reschedule indefinitely. Smart Slots collapses this to a single click during the call.
Scheduling Links
Kolvera includes built-in scheduling links — shareable URLs that show your available times based on your Google Calendar availability. Instead of the back-and-forth email chain of "How does Tuesday at 2pm work?", send a scheduling link and let the prospect pick a time that works for both of you.
Scheduling links are included in all Kolvera plans, replacing the need for a separate Calendly or Cal.com subscription. Each team member gets their own scheduling link, and the links check real-time Google Calendar availability before showing available slots.
Meeting Timeline
All meetings — whether booked through Kolvera, scheduling links, or created directly in Google Calendar — appear in Kolvera's meeting timeline on contact and company detail pages. This gives you a unified view of all interactions with a prospect: emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, and meetings in one place.
Meeting reminders, pre-meeting prep notes, and post-meeting follow-up actions are all managed within Kolvera. The Google Calendar event ensures the meeting appears on your calendar with proper reminders, while Kolvera handles the recruitment-specific context around it.
